{"id":15758,"date":"2024-01-04T15:20:49","date_gmt":"2024-01-04T15:20:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ceatso.com\/?p=15758"},"modified":"2024-01-04T15:25:36","modified_gmt":"2024-01-04T15:25:36","slug":"lecturas-criticas-en-torno-a-las-politicas-educativas-en-chile-entre-las-decadas-de-los-anos-90-y-2000","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ceatso.com\/es\/lecturas-criticas-en-torno-a-las-politicas-educativas-en-chile-entre-las-decadas-de-los-anos-90-y-2000\/","title":{"rendered":"Lecturas cr\u00edticas en torno a las pol\u00edticas educativas en Chile entre las d\u00e9cadas de los a\u00f1os 90 y 2000"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Este art\u00edculo fue realizado para el libro Transformaciones educativas en Am\u00e9rica Latina: Pol\u00edticas, instituciones y pr\u00e1cticas escolares de Miriam Abate Daga, Guadalupe Molina y Silvia Servetto (coordinadoras) y no pretende realizar un recorrido hist\u00f3rico de las pol\u00edticas educativas en Chile, sino m\u00e1s bien llevar a cabo <strong><span style=\"color: #ff8254;\">un ejercicio cr\u00edtico respecto de la responsabilidad del Estado<\/span><\/strong> en cuanto a ser un ente rector, garante y promotor del acceso a un sistema igualitario en educaci\u00f3n donde todas las personas puedan recibir una formaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica de calidad.<\/p>\n<p>Para ello es necesario realizar una breve descripci\u00f3n de aquellos acontecimientos ocurridos en la d\u00e9cada de los 90, con el advenimiento de la democracia, relacionados con los cambios sociales y pol\u00edticos que han afectado el funcionamiento y la din\u00e1mica de la sociedad, principalmente debido a la mediatizaci\u00f3n de la vida social, la mercantilizaci\u00f3n, la globalizaci\u00f3n de la econom\u00eda, entre otros fen\u00f3menos que han generado transformaciones sustanciales en las estructuras y procesos que se viven en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>A partir de 1990 con el primer gobierno democr\u00e1tico se ha pretendido \u2013no sin con\ufb02icto\u2013 sumar a la racionalidad instrumental un componente m\u00e1s, la racionalidad subjetiva o val\u00f3rica, que pretende integrar al hombre a la sociedad, que participe de los cambios y que forme parte de las decisiones que lo afectan en su diario vivir, proceso que se conoce como desarrollo con equidad.<br \/>\nLo que pretende el Estado post dictadura es una convergencia entre crecimiento y redistribuci\u00f3n, mediante la creaci\u00f3n de nuevos empleos, aumento real de las remuneraciones, aumento en las capacidades de acceso al capital humano-f\u00edsico, es decir, permitir atender las necesidades de los grupos sociales m\u00e1s desfavorecidos y que normalmente tienen poco acceso a los mercados formales, en este sentido dichos principios u orientaciones de la d\u00e9cada del 90 hist\u00f3ricamente se han visto tensionadas, dada la incapacidad que ha tenido el Estado en lograr tales objetivos.<\/p>\n<p>Revisa el art\u00edculo completo en el siguiente enlace: <span style=\"color: #ff8254;\"><a style=\"color: #ff8254;\" href=\"https:\/\/rdu.unc.edu.ar\/bitstream\/handle\/11086\/550247\/08%20Transformaciones%20educativas.pdf?sequence=1&amp;isAllowed=y\"><strong>Libro completo (ver p\u00e1gina 159)<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/sociales.unc.edu.ar\/sites\/default\/files\/08_transformaciones_educativas.jpg\" alt=\"colecci\u00f3n posdoc | Facultad de Ciencias Sociales -
